Alexi, Front Desk
Hailing from Worcester, Alexi is proud to be working at the front desk at Burncoat Family Dental. She appreciates having the chance to work alongside such a wonderful team and meet so many great patients.
Alexi has been with her fiancé for 7 years, and she has a German Shepherd named Ozzy. Her hobbies include walking her dog, camping, and going on road trips. She absolutely loves potatoes!
Becca, Dental Hygienist
Becca comes from Burrillville, and she studied at the Community College of Rhode Island. She has worked in the field of general dentistry for many years and is thankful for the chance to see such a wide range of patients. She loves listening to stories from individuals from different walks of life.
Becca has a fiancé as well as three dogs. When she’s not at the office, she likes to cook, work out at the gym, go hiking, complete DIY home projects, and read books (particularly suspense and thrillers).
Jorina, Lead Dental Assistant
Nothing makes Jorina happier than helping our patients feel comfortable in the chair and giving them the best advice about their oral health. She attended the New England Dental Academy and routinely takes continuing education courses to expand her skills and knowledge.
Originally from Albania, Jorina is happily married with two gorgeous children, Arber and Amantia. She loves to cook and take care of her family, and she also does nails for her close friends (she previously worked as a nail tech). For her, the perfect getaway is a hike on a sunny day.
Tammie, Dental Hygienist
Tammie has been a part of the dental field for over a decade, having earned an associate degree in dental hygiene from Quinsigamond Community College as well as her local anesthesia license. She always looks forward to interacting with our patients, whether she’s greeting someone new or catching up with a familiar face.
Tammie and her husband have been married for over 25 years, and they have three children, Zachary, Ashley, and Dylan. There family is completed by their black lab, Tavia. Together, their favorite thing to do is go camping somewhere near the lake or ocean.
Heidi, Practice Manager/Insurance Specialist
Heidi has worked in the dental field for over 15 years, mostly in management positions. She has been a member of the American Association of Dental Office Managers and is constantly educating herself so she can stay up to date with the latest dental insurance billing regulations. She can help decipher your coverage and take all the confusion out of maximizing your plan. If you have an insurance question, she’s the person to ask!
Heidi and her husband have three amazing children as well as a dog and cat. The family has been season “glamping” campers at Bowdish Lake Family Camping for over 15 years, enjoying morning coffees while relaxing on the beach or by the campfire with friends. Back home, she is a proud soccer mom who loves cheering on her kids. She is a HUGE supporter of Liverpool FC and has a 3,500-gallon backyard fishpond with about 30 goldfish, several plants, and a three-tier waterfall!
